把addons文件夹与liblist.gam文件解压到你的CS1.6安装目录的cstrike文件夹里即可完成安装。

把*.amxx文件放到cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins\里；
用记事本打开cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini文件，在最后添加一行*.amxx（如：server_time.amxx）。
